Safety Program

Security is the safeguarding of life, the protection of property of all kinds from loss through accident, theft, fraud, fire, explosion, damage or waste, and incorporating all aspects of loss prevention.

This Safety Program is prepared to implement Security Arms' policy on safety, health and environmental requirements.

The prime objective of this Safety Program is to achieve a state of safe working condition during the execution of a project, elimination of hazardous work practices, accident potentials and work-associated injuries. This program highlights the involvement of the front-line supervisors and task performers in safety task planning; encourages personal commitment and places accountability; and provides information, instructions and coaching, ensuring that the task performer has a thorough understanding of the hazards, occupational health and environmental issues, and safe work process required to safely execute the work.

Any specific safety topic, procedure or program not contained herein, which, during the course of project execution would be required by a Client, shall be provided and submitted by Security Arms to supplement this Safety Program.

Safety Policy

The Security Arms Management is totally committed to a policy of prevention and elimination of all undesirable events, which may result in loss of lives and/or harm to personnel and damage to properties. Successful implementation of this commitment requires a thorough understanding and complete acceptance of the following:

• No job is so important and no service is so urgent that it cannot take time to perform the work safely.
• It is the duty of every person to protect himself and those associated with him from accidents which may result in injury or death.
• Only projects free from incidents and the resulting injuries can be expected to be consistently productive and profitable.
• Through proper training, planning and compliance with safety procedures and safe work practices, accidents, incidents and injuries can be prevented.
• All personnel are accountable to ensure successful implementation of this policy. Personnel managing the project site are empowered to implement the safety program with firm and aggressiveness. Safety, health and environmental performance can be elevated through awareness and proactive participation by the management and supervisory personnel.
